Bioequivalent means that both of them:
- Release clobazam into the body at about the same rate and in the same amount

The most common side effects of SYMPAZAN include sleepiness, drooling, constipation, cough, pain in urination, fever, acting aggressive, being angry or violent, difficulty sleeping, slurred speech, tiredness, and problems with breathing.

How to dose SYMPAZAN if you are new to clobazam
If you are just starting clobazam, dosing is determined by weight:

| Starting Day 14 | 20 mg | 40 mg |
- Patients should be dosed according to their body weight, as shown in the table above
- When giving someone more than 5 mg of SYMPAZAN a day, administer as 2 doses. A single 5-mg dose can be given all at once
